fix(theme-translation): add missing Korean (ko) theme translations

Motivation

I found some JSON attributes are not translated. They causes sense of differences while using <Title> or using any other basic Components.

For example, in the <Heading> component case, it use code like:

    },
    {
      heading: typeof props.children === 'string' ? props.children : id,
    },
  );

translate function uses packages/docusaurus-theme-translations/locales/ko/theme-common.json, but it includes some mistakes.

So, I update korean translation.
I hope it helps to Korean user using docusaurus easiler.
