docs: fix example typo for migration-versioned-sites.mdx

the example of "Convert style attributes to style objects in MDX" using <pre> tag but missing “<” and fix it

Test Plan

create a new website using docusaurus and try the example with pre style={{background: 'black'}}>zzz</pre> i got error, add "<" solved the error.

Test links

just start docusaurus and see the doc content
