More options for prism or any other hljs alternative

I would like to use plugins for prism.js instead of highlight.js to have options like line-numbersor invisible-characters. It would be very useful for some docus.

Pitch

In our project, we have many CLI commands and examples for different languages. Most of them have invisible changes that the user can not see and will be confused about, another thing is that user may want to copy a command or we want to introduce CLI commands with a nice theme. Prism.js has some nice plugins to give us exactly those possibilities!
