Once I've submitted my answer, it would be great if I could see a message confirming which house I am in.

At the moment, I still see the questionnaire after submitting, but I'd be more interested to see the table then. So maybe redirect me to a different page with the message and the table...

To improve the UI slightly, you should also turn the cursor into a pointer when the user hovers over the SORT button
