SDL2 support, please? #52

On many platforms, SDL1.x is not an option anymore or it's bugged/bit-rotten.
Also, SDL2 is the way to go on Raspberry Pi, as it provides hardware-accelerated scaling to fullscreen modern resolutions from the game's native 320x200.
So, could you please add SDL2 support for this sourceport?

I second this request, I’m currently compiling rednukem and giving it a play through.

Would be awesome knowing I’m using a true faithful port under SDL2 if you guys would add build options for SDL2.

Hey @fabiensanglard, if you add compile options for SDL2, I’ll attempt a compile and post my findings.
