機能を説明する

元々引数にはあるものの、GUIでやれても良いと思えたので。
理想的なのは疑似フルスクリーン、ディスプレイ解像度のウィンドウサイズ、任意のサイズを指定するドロップダウンの実装。

Unity製などの一部ゲームでしか使えないオプションなので、あえてGUIを作っていない
Unity製かどうか検出したり、一部ゲームでしか使えないことを明記するのは良いかもしれない
