• Select programming language variant (if applicable)
• Select testing framework
• Add the first exercise
• Add initial exercises
• Setup Continuous Integration
• Prepare for launch
• Find Maintainers
• Make sure the correct files are all displayed in the editor (feat: show data and test_table in web-editor #57).
• Launch!
• Implement tooling
• Prepare for open source contributions from strangers
