bob: update tests to v1.6.0

The bob exercise was recently modified, and the Python implementation needs updated. As this is a generated exercise, please follow the docs for generating a test suite from a template.

@paparomeo, yes, that would be good. Only maintainers can be assigned to issues assign to issues*, and this issue is blocking #2165, so @aldraco is not yet a maintainer. However, it would be useful to use the Assignees field when possible.

*Edit: I didn't realize non-maintainers could be assigned to issues. Thanks @paparomeo
