Situation

We need to support nanosecond timestamp resolution.

According to the documentation Hana supports tenth of a microsecond resolution in timestamps:

The range of the time stamp value is between 0001-01-01 00:00:00.0000000 and 9999-12-31 23:59:59.9999999

Acceptance Criteria

An integration test against Exasol 8 proves that TS(9) is supported
