How To Open On Mac M2

I downloaded aarch64 version , unzipped the file , tried to run on terminal but couldn't execute the binary file. How can I do it
Am I have to install unix os or Can I run it with homebrew , I tried it on homebrew but failed , from now thanks for the answer.
By the way I moved pwngrid file to /opt/homebrew/bin/pwngrid that destination. tried sudo pwngrid but didn't work.
