ansible-local: 이미지 안에서 ansible-local 실행, 이미지에 ansible 이 깔려 있어야 한다. shell provisioner 와 엮어서 ansible 을 설치한 후 (혹은 이미 깔린 이미지를 쓰든) ansible-local 을 실행하는 형태
ansible (Remote): packer 를 구동하는 장비에서 ansible 이 깔려있어야 한다. ansible 을 이용하여 이미지에 필요한 provisioning 을 하는 것
