Describe the desired feature/functionality

The Resend Verification Code button should be a link-style, rather than a large primary button.

Additional Context (where / how would this be used)

This large button feels like the 'next' button and causes a lot of confusion for users. This change has already been made on the React Native implementation.

Suggested implementation details

Convert the button to a link.
