Release bug: Error when updating privacy notice

Bug Description

I'm running into an issue editing privacy notices. When i try to modify a notice I get a 422 with this error message:

Steps to Reproduce

1. login
2. click management
3. click about fides
4. ensure that privacy notices are enabled
5. click data map
6. click add systems
7. manually add a system
8. enter name and fides key
9. click save
10. click data uses
11. click add a data use
12. choose marketing.advertising.first_party.targeted
13. save
14. click privacy requests
15. click privacy notices
16. click on a notices
17. edit something like the tite
18. click save
19. see error in toast and in dev console

Expected behavior

The notice should save without error
