We may need to implement a partial SGT spend so that the validation rule of multiple txs of an account can be

  • Without SGT (existing): sum(tx.Cost()) <= acc.balance
  • With SGT: sum(tx.Cost()) <= acc.balance + acc.sgtBalance & sum(tx.Value()) <= acc.balance
