Change buttons in the header

"My stakes"and "Stake DIP" are showing exactly the same list of all bundles.
Also, there are two flows to stake DIP possible:

1. Stake DIP -> Select bundle -> Stake.
2. My stakes -> Details -> Stake -> Stake
   "Unstake DIP" is showing filtered list of bundles where user have DIP ready to unstake.

As improvement it would be nice to minimise these buttons to just one - "Risk Bundles" (like in depeg UI).
In addition, to add filter for the bundles list with options like Active/Inactive/My stakes/Unstake/Claim Rewards.
Then User can find bundle in the huge list, using filters, select it and choose available action (Stake/Unstake/Claim Rewards).

My stakes and stake dip are showing the same bundles because there are not closed or expired bundles. All bundles can be staked and therefor the lists are the same.

Regarding filtering of the bundle list, there is already an issue for that #160
