updates morden bootnodes to include contributed nodes from Update bootnodes #553 (9e23de1)
updates documented configuration asset compilation command (cbadaa4)
- compiles assets for binary from raw core/config/*{.json,.csv} to core/config/assets.go

adds log line on startup telling number of configured bootnodes (b2c7635):

 2018-05-25 08:55:23  5900000 Defuse Difficulty Bomb
 2018-05-25 08:55:23 Using 10 configured bootnodes
 2018-05-25 08:55:23 Allotted 1024MB cache and 1024 file handles to /Users/ia/Library/EthereumClassic/mainnet/chaindata
