What was wrong?

Most of the README content is about contributor environment setup, but it's probably safe to assume most eyeballs on the page are looking to learn how to use the lib.

How was it fixed?

  • Used Trinity's contributor page as a template, then overhauled for Web3.py's needs.
  • Stripped down the README to the main use case links.
  • Borrowed Trinity's Code of Conduct.
