  • Improve logging
  • Instrument with more metrics: introduce metrics for the safety-index updates, events-db updates, event data-import rate and errors, etc.
  • Connect RPC server HTTP metrics to metricer

This issue is pretty stale. We implemented a bunch of metrics and logging changes already for the first devnet. The RPC server HTTP metrics are now tracked in #13064
