Sticky chat isn't persistent #423

If you toggle "Chat always on screen" to true it's not persistent, i.e. if you open another pad, you have to enable it again.

Confirmed. I will look into this ASAP. I'm assuming it's something to do w/ being able to pass the param I added a few days ago
