• Request access of the website’s database from previous developer
• Redirect “ethereumcatherders[.]com” to “ethcatherders[.]com” on Go Daddy.
• Update “ethcatherders[.]com/join” with a section on how to contribute as a technical contributor and how to contribute as a non-technical contributor
• Build project board accessible to contributors who are able to close outstanding issues
• Update missing information on Pectra Upgrade on “ethcatherders[.]com/upgrades/pectra”

Agenda Item1: Website improvements

Identify why users use our website and what information they look for.

Improvement suggestions for website include:
• More clarity around how contributors can volunteer for Ethereum Cat Herders, for both technical and non-technical volunteers.
• Information on a short-term vounteer programme or task bounties for volunteers to engage with ECH repos and issues.
• Interactive UI content displays similar to ethroadmap[.]com

Agenda Item2: Setting up project board for tasks for website on GitHub

• Project board function was changed by GitHub, needs to be set up again to document every task for the website.
• Limit GitHub repo read-and-write permissions to be accessed by Eth Cat Herders’ herders only.
• Creation of funding flow to be used by herders.

Agenda Item3: Pectra upgrade information

• Ethereum Cat Herders is involved in supporting and helping manage client testing calls and devnet testing
• Admin portal for the website requires devnet 5 to be added; embedded meeting summary should be added to the admin portal so that anyone can log in and update the relevant information
• Tweeting about network upgrades to promote people’s awareness of the upgrade and new features added to the particular network upgrade.
