Update to work with conan v2

Running pip install conan installs version 2 which does not appear to be backwards compatible with v1.X

Either add a section to the README stating that users must have a specific version of conan from 1.?? or update the necessary files to work with 2.??. I guess the later will also need a section in the README to ensure people get the latest version of conan.
