GitHub Warns about Deprecated Node Version

I'm seeing the following warning now when running this action in my workflow:
Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: docker/setup-qemu-action@v2, docker/setup-buildx-action@v2, docker/build-push-action@v3. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/

I think this can be resolved by updating action dependencies as this has been fixed:
docker/build-push-action#954
