I use shout on a linux box and i build it using docker. My shout installation has 2 users and each one connects to 2 networks. We found that after a few days the connection freezes with no apparent log so the user does not really understand wether the connection is working or not. You just see the chats with no new messages. Sometimes one network works and the other does not. Sometimes one user works and the other does not. it's very random but basically we can't trust it to be connected the next time we log in.

We have tried many versions and we always keep the code up to date. This has been happening always. Is there anyone else experiencing this ?

This sounds very similar to thelounge/thelounge#18, #235, and #395; possibly others too.
