Add "..." for menu options that open sub-menus

As a mild recommendation, for menu items that open up sub-menus, it would be good if "..." was appended to them to indicate this behavior. This could be a single character that has 3 dots (similar to Unicode 0x2026). Alternatively, the ">" could be used.
