Github Trending API got 404

Describe the bug
When I changed the programming language API doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Programming Languages'
2. Click on 'any Language'
3. Its never response

Expected behavior
When I change the Programming Language its categories have to be changed to
