Summary

Current tab selected indicator for first tab not filling entire tab with tab scrolling off

Expected behavior

When tab scrolling is off the highlighted tab indicator should stretch to the end

Actual behavior

Current tab selected indicator for first tab not filling entire tab with tab scrolling off

Steps to reproduce

Install latest version of sublime and material theme
In sublime user settings turn off tab scrolling
Observe tab indicator is not reaching to the end

Environment

Operating system and version:
- Mac OS El Capitan
Sublime Text:
- Build 3126
Material Theme release:
- v4
