According to the QC rules, HOMEMOVEIN1, HOMEMOVEOUT1_YEAR, or HOMEMOVEOUT1 should only be displayed if:
(STNUM <> NA) or (FULLST <> NA) or (APT <> NA) or (CITY <> NA) or (CITY_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (ST <> NA) or (ST_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (ZIP <> NA) or (ZIP_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (COUNTRY <> NA) or (COUNTRY_FOLLOWUP <> NA)
There are 88 participants spanning from 2022-2024 that have all of those address values as null, but still saw and responded to HOMEMOVEIN1, HOMEMOVEOUT1_YEAR, or HOMEMOVEOUT1

@danielruss@anthonypetersen, I think Daniel had mentioned about a displayif function for a situation where we want to check if a question was shown to the user or not, irrespective of how user responds (answers or continues without answering). I think we need that function here. Can you please remind me of that function? It is not in WiKi. Unless I am missing something or not remembering correctly.
The condition specified in the document is:
DISPLAY HOMEMOVEIN1 IF 1ST ADDRESS SECTION DISPLAYED.
Is it same as the condition you mentioned, Kelsey? Or if one of the address detail is shown then these questions should be shown? (Not equal to Null)? When the answer is Null we DO display text like Current Address/1st address...etc.
@joshid-ims Not sure I follow. The QC rule that I received from IMS is essentially if the entire address section for a particular loop was left null, the participants should NOT see the move-in/move-out section. Is that incorrect?
