[FEATURE REQUEST] Change user login message after #1306 is completed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There was a discussion which login message user should see. It was decided to have something like the current Epiphany version installed and the link to history file created in #1306.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Change login message. Before starting a task discuss and confirm what exactly should be displayed.
• Add automated tests for file creation and its contents (task [FEATURE REQUEST] Allow to check on VMs which epicli version was used to deploy/upgrade components #1306)
• Update documentation for this task and [FEATURE REQUEST] Allow to check on VMs which epicli version was used to deploy/upgrade components #1306
