[BUG] Documentation - missing clear information about supported CNI plugins

Describe the bug
The only one place where we described that Calico is not supported on Azure is there:

Expected behavior
A clear description in the documentation of what kind and where CNI plugins are supported.

Additional context
I've created this issue because one of the internal team members was trying to deploy Calico on Azure.
