RDBD TARGETRAD will sync to one if MRES is one. I'm finding I am configuring for a lot of different Newport DC servo's along with the ACS and EPICS MOTOR wants to use MotorPos as 'king' with UEIP naturally set for my encoded servo stage.
Our scientists at the CLF want to see measurements in millimeters and we wish to retain the ACS controller as the source of truth for the scale of measurement being utilised.
Crux:
MRES when the config for EFAC > UEIP @ 0.00029 and subsequently MRES against units configured as mm and not micron as a granular resolution can cause problems when moving 5.00mm to 5.51mm then subsequently 5.55mm. The only way I can get a move to 5.55mm to happen is to retract the stage to 5.49mm and then make my move.
