Feat: Machine learning from cli

Would be nice if I could move the machine learning functions like face recognition to a server instead of doing it on my device or desktop app.

Using the cli to analyze all photos which are not analyzed yet. Downloading the original photo, analyze, upload the metadata and delete the original file on the server again.

Scheduled by a cronjob or an endless running command.
