"Error: user is not on free plan" when trying to update subscription on self hosted

Description

./ente admin update-subscription -u "[email protected]"

Error: user is not on free plan
Usage:
  ente admin update-subscription [flags]

Flags:
  -a, --admin-user string   The email of the admin user.
  -h, --help                help for update-subscription
      --no-limit string     When true, sets 100TB as storage limit, and expiry to current date + 100 years (default "True")
  -u, --user string         The email of the user to update subscription for. (required)

Manually running this in psql worked:

psql -U pguser ente_db -c "INSERT INTO storage_bonus (bonus_id, user_id, storage, type, valid_till) VALUES ('self-hosted-myself', (SELECT user_id FROM users LIMIT 1), 1099511627776, 'ADD_ON_SUPPORT', 0)"
