The current behavior is to create a default (blank) OpenAI source if there's no source configured in the big-AGI frontend.

In case there's server-side configuration, the desired behavior should be to create one source for one (to simplify) of the backend-configured vendors. Choose the highest ranked amongst the backend-configured.
