Are there any plans to publish the components as an NPM package?

No, I don't intend to make it an NPM package. However, you can fork the project and publish it as an NPM package if you want.
My goal was just to provide components without low-level abstraction.

Nope, you'll just need the useDisclosure hook imported from /website/hooks/useDisclosure.tsx.
Also 3 packages need some improvements about accessibillity (a11y)
