Fresh content: rotation

The idea is that we keep displaying unviewed content from each tag, even if online, even if from other packs.

Introduced component: Recently viewed

Story: I want to continue watching a video, or going back to a game (we don't have bookmarks)

Story: I want to easily access all the things they have recently downloaded to watch late. Collect first, watch everything later without having to remember from where
