Related to #123 , it'll be useful to create a command to clean up any lingering MQTT Topics. Basically removing the ems-esp ones and also the Home Assistant ones under `homeassistant by traversing the tree from the root and removing anything related to ems-esp, including those topics which have the retain flag set.

I researched this and it's hard to implement. ignoring and hoping we can quickly move to a native integration with HA (see #133)
