For this ticket, we should ensure that all populated metadata fields for Collections are configured for display. This applies to both the Public view and Dashboard view for each Collection. The notes below indicate if a given field should display to non-logged in users/depositor-level users vs. admin-users only.

Display to all users:

  • title
  • description
  • creator
  • emory_persistent_id
  • holding_repository
  • institution
  • contact_information
  • keyword
  • subject_topics (in system as subject)
  • subject_geo
  • subject_names
  • rights_notes
  • notes

Display to Admins only:

  • emory_ark
  • system_of_record_ID
  • staff_notes
  • internal_rights_note
  • administrative_unit
