Long time to build RTree and consume more memory when records (nodes) are more #9

Hi @emma-k-alexandra ,

I am trying to build RTree for large file. File has more than 70k records (i.e nodes). It takes to long to build RTree When it completes insertion of 10k nods. it also consume more memory as well. I have also attached screenshot of memory. Can you please help me to figure out it ?
