enable end2end example on Renesas hardware

The original example from Xilinx was based on qemu and Xilinx Zynq. The idea of that issue is, to get this enabled on Renesas hardware. This fits to AGL, who are not making use of Zynq hardware and can easily use the results to go forward with a demo setup.

Due to limitations on getting GPU binaries from Renesas it was not possibile to setup a CI, although a first setup was tested locally at a developer desk. Overall, the porting to Renesas had to be stopped.
