A way to see all items with a tag in the com_tags admin

We really need a way to see all the items with a certain tag in the administrator. It's a bit tricky because items can have multiple tags and there could be thousands of items so it would need pagination of some kind.

I could think of a few ways to do this but i'm sure other people have ideas too.
