Compatibility with the UI Overhaul Dynamic (UIOD) mod comes up pretty frequently.

Since both the dashboard mod and UIOD modify the same .gui file, this would require a separate version of the Stellaris Dashboard mod (no changes needed to the Python app), which builds on top of the UIOD file instead of the vanilla file.
