Mp4 videos lags on Video

What Happened?

When I am trying to play a mp4 video the video app cannot play it properly. The video stuck or lags.
They same mp4 videos are working fine using the VLC flatpak version

Steps to Reproduce

I just played mp4 videos that I have recorded from my smartphone.

Expected Behavior

The mp4 videos lag. In the other hand the same mp4 videos are working fine using VLC

I can confirm this. Playing with celluloid also works without lags
