Steps to reproduce

  • Send a large text payload in an encrypted room (>64KB)
  • See how it says it cannot be sent
  • Restart Element desktop
  • It now appears as a UTD.

Outcome

What did you expect?

No UTD.

What happened instead?

UTD.
