Deletig avatar picture resets ALL room specific nicknames

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you have an avatar picture set for your account
2. Define some room specific nicknames using the /myroomnick command
3. Go to the Element Desktop settings and remove your avatar picture. Confirm/save setting.

Outcome

Go back to a room where you have set a specific nick before. Write something to that group our check your nick in room participant list. Note that the room uses the default nick name of your profile again.

Additional info: I did not check if the same (room nick name reset) happens when avatar picture has been replaced (not deleted) or profile default nick name has been changed.

What do I expect?
I expect that room specific nick names are preserved.
