What would you like to do?

1. I suggest a static Comment icon on the post below (on post stats line) .
2. Make the post stats line (below the post) always visible even for zero reply.
3. Please see the image below.

Why would you like to do it?
We must encourage people to make comments and give their opinions on things rather than just browse over the posts. To achieve this, possible to comment must be obvious visually. Otherwise, people may think comments are disabled.

How would you like to achieve it?
Include a static suitable icon and the word "Comment" on the number of replies line.
