exit without logout, Android

I have a number of Android devices. I don't need Element to run in them all 24\7. I also don't want to log in and verify myself every time.
I don't need notifications on secondary devices either
Is there an close and exit but not lose login and verifed status?

There should be.

Either a close but don't logout
Or no background activity after a timeout.

I would like an exit and close and not sign out but have a password to start the app (even the sign in password but not requiring internet to open the app) then the log in and verify would still be secure.

Similar to how briar has it.
