This issue will be repurposed to be the FTUE Choose Server screen as this work addresses the feedback included in the original issue!

Original Issue Below

The "Select a server" screen is very confusing for new users (tested with 5 non-techie users). I told them to select a given server to register on. **I had to tell them which button to tap.** This means that they don't understand that screen. The custom server button should have an input field with the placeholder "Enter server name". (the same as currently in the next step) When the textbox is focused, a disabled "Connect" button should be shown, and when a valid server name is entered, it should be enabled.
