SQL support

It would be great (aka game changer) to have SQL support.
It might be possible to use the work of siren in Kibi:
https://github.com/sirensolutions/kibi/tree/master/src/plugins/kibi_core/lib/datasources

Perhaps there are others js/sql clients - this is just one already in the kibana ecosphere.

I'd absolutely take a pull for SQL support, I just haven't used any particular SQL store as a time series database.

Timelion is now pluggable, if anyone wants to do it as a plugin I would look into getting it into upstream
