At the moment we use race timestamps to identify races. With #431 we add a UUID as unique identifier of a race. We should use this also for listing and comparing races. For backwards-compatibility reasons we will leave one release between #431 and this one.

Let's stick with the timestamp as default for now as it is unique for the typical user and simpler to understand (the UUID is opaque but the user can understand the timestamp).
