Allow wildcard when searching saved objects

Hello,

We have lots of dashboards and so lots of visualizations (hundreds).
It would be nice if the finding in the text field of the name to search allow wildcards for the beginning of the name.
Example : mycriteria or testkey

In the "Edit Saved Objects", the same behaviour would be nice also.

This sounds like a useful UI improvement. Let's discuss how to solve this in the UI layer. From #10164 (comment):

I think we should let the user explicitly switch between simple text searches and more advanced ES queries, e.g. by clicking a button. Part of the reason this UX is poor is because of the implicit and opaque mode-switching. Instead, the UI should communicate these modes to the user.

Since this depends on how we index and analyze our saved objects for what we can achieve here, I'll relabel this to core, also it feels like we have a lot of duplicates of this, but maybe someone from Core knows what's the most reasonable one to track this.
